      • Out buildings
      • Easements
      • Septic system
      • Your well & neighbors well
   3. Other zoning issues
2. Snow loads on the roof of the building
3. Wind loads on the sidewall of the building
4. Wind exposure on the sidewall of the building
5. Time table of permit approval
