This is a
30' wide x 36' long shop with 14' eaves.
Features of this building include: Carriage Style opening
for 12'w x 12'h Raised-panel Overhead Door; (1) 3' x 6'-8"
Entry door; (3) 3'w x 2'h vinyl-frame double-glazed windows;
24" Overhangs on all sides of the buildings; (1) 36" x
36" vented Cupola; and a 4" concrete slab. The
clear span building was engineered for construction in Clackamas
County, Oregon, for a 25 psf snow load, 80 mph wind factor and
"B" exposure.
