20' wide x 40' long shop with 12' eaves and a 6' wide x 40' long
3-sided shed with 8' to 10' eaves.
Features of this building include: (2) 12'w x 9'h Therma-Max
model 218 Traditional Raised Panel Overhead Doors; (1) 3' x 6'-8"
Entry door; (4) 4'w x 3'h vinyl-frame double-glazed windows; 18" Overhangs on all sides of the buildings;
(2) 24" x 30" Gable end vents;(1) 36" x
36" vented Cupola; and a 4" concrete slab. This
clear span building was engineered for construction in Clackamas
County, Oregon, for a 25 psf snow load, 100 mph IBC wind factor and
"B" exposure.
